Training Program
Every new hire at ESS Clean goes through hands-on training designed to build confidence, support safety, and ensure high-quality results. From workplace procedures to best practices and equipment use, we make sure every associate has the tools to be successful!

You must be at least 18 years old to be employed at ESS Clean.
Prior experience is helpful but not required—we provide training for most entry-level positions.
Our work helps clients look good, stay safe, and keep things running smoothly. It’s not flashy, but it’s important, and we take pride in doing it well. At ESS Clean, we value honesty, accountability, and a commitment to serving others–because that’s what our clients count on.
We primarily hire part-time General Cleaners for second shift (evening) hours, with many of our shifts starting after 5:00PM. Day shift opportunities vary by location. We also have roles for managers and support staff, depending on the client needs of each Branch location.
